I am writing to commend the outstanding customer service by your staff, especially
Katie, during my recent dealings with her. Katie was professional and prompt in
her responses. I had numerous questions about the appropriate parts for my aircraft,
and Katie was very knowledgeable.
I also had a particularly problematic part in which a previous owner had apparently
installed an incorrect part which complicated its use as a "template" for the new
one. Although I haven't decided which part is appropriate yet, Katie offered me
several options to help me.
All the rest of your staff with whom I have dealt have also been very helpful and
pleasant. In a world where good customer service is scarce, I have found it again
at Plane Plastics. Keep up the great work, and I have and will continue to recommend
your fine company to other owners.

I want to thank you for your exceptional service on my most recent order.
We are in the midst of an extensive avionics upgrade to our plane and I had ordered
four piece of plastic interior trim from Plane Plastics already as part of this
upgrade. All four pieces arrived on time, as pictured/described on your web catalog
and without any shipping damage.
Unfortunately I realized late in the process that I needed yet another panel trim
piece to finish up our avionics upgrade properly... I ordered the piece very late
Tuesday night via the Internet and it arrived at the Avionics shop in Lancaster
PA this afternoon (Friday). I consider this fantastic service for a part that was
not in stock when the order was placed and that your company had to fabricate on
Wednesday before shipping via the normal 2 day Fed Ex service.
Please pass on my grateful thanks to Kristie who listened to my sad story on the
phone Wednesday and made this speedy delivery happen. I realize that others at your
facility worked with her to make this a success - I thank them as well.

Just a quick note to comment on one of your dealers. I was looking to find someone
to install a full set of new 1/4 solar grey windows in a 1968 Piper Cherokee 180
(PA-180). I used your distributor references and contacted installers found at several
web sites linked to your site. I finally landed at the Vantage Plane Plastics web
site, and on their approval installer list was Mangon Aircraft in Petaluma, California.
All I can say is, boy am I impressed with the service, speed, quality and attention
to detail that this organization has shown! First, you as the factory were quick
to respond with exactly the correct parts in a timely manner and parts that were
in perfect condition. These were almost exactly to sizes so that very minimal size
adjustments were required. The STC paperwork was complete and non-ambiguous as were
I was most impressed with the single piece front windshield installation. These
folks actually do it in less than the book time, while everyone else was quoting
that the book time was unreasonable which doubled the time the factory had as an
estimated installation time.
The stuff looks so good, that I will shortly be ordering a full window and canopy
kit for my Grumman for Walt and his crew to install. Kudos to LP Aero for a great
product! Kudos to Vantage Plane Plastics for putting together a dealer/installer
program that clearly promotes excellence and efficiency! Kudos to Mangon Aircraft
in Petaluma, California for being about the most organized and efficient maintenance
organization that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.

I just wanted to say that the eyebrow arrived in really good time and it's all installed.
We ended up putting a new piece of leather on the dash and I cannot believe what

As a PA-140 owner, I looked forward to participating in the first Cherokee National
Fly-In on June 1 in Afton, OK that was sponsored by the Cherokee Pilots Association.
I wanted to meet other Cherokee owners and speak face to face with some vendors

I am extremely pleased with the quality of your product. It's much better made than

I just received the interior panels for my 1973 C-150L and I am totally pleased.
The quality of molding appears to be excellent. I did the interior of a 1959 C-150
a few years ago with your panels and it looks to me like you've really improved
