    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
    FOR
    CESSNA 337

    Rev. A - Drawing No. RC337-400

Your new Rosen sunvisors will fasten to the front top Royalite trim panel.

Remove the Royalite trim panel from the aircraft and remove the original visors and their mounting bracket shown:

Take the pilots mounting bracket and fit inside overhead trim piece

The Royalite trim is not exactly the same in all 337's, so the bracket may need to be bent slightly to fit your trim piece. Rolling the piece over the edge of a work bench works nicely.

Clamp the attach bracket inside the trim and drill through the swivel mounting holes with a #18 drill bit.

With the bracket still clamped drill clearance holes through the aluminum bracket for the upholstery or sheet metal screw already existing in the Royalite trim piece as shown:

If in some cases, these upholstery and sheet metal holes are in the wrong location, new ones will need to be added to give the ends of the bracket support.

Repeat the same procedure with the copilots bracket.

Now mount both pilots and copilots visors with the 8/32 socket bead cap screw and lock washers provided as shown:

Now take the assembled unit and reinstall the trim with sunvisors mounted in the aircraft

Note: Make sure that upholstery or sheet metal screws used do not project into wire bundles that can nut behind trim or gusset pieces.

Every motion is adjustable on your new Rosen NSA Sunvisors and allen wrenches are supplied so that you can set the tension exactly as you like.

With reasonable care, your new visors will provide year after year of sun protection and added safety.

In cleaning, use a quality pastic non-abrasive cleaner or mild soap and water. A soft cloth is a must to prevent scratching and to insure your lens enjoys a long life.

Enjoy your new transparent, multimotion sunvisors.
