To check the status of your order before it ships, call, fax, or e-mail Plane Plastics. With your name or order
confirmation number we can give you the status of your order in a short amount of time.
Once you have been faxed or e-mailed your Fedex tracking number, you can track your order in the
"My Account" section of the Plane Plastics website.

| Credit Card Charges |

When you purchase merchandise with your credit card we do not charge your card until the same day your parts are
shipped. You are charged for the quoted price of your parts and the exact shipping on that day.
On returned parts, Plane Plastics will reimburse your credit within a few days of receiving your parts. The parts
must pass quality control to see if the parts are still in sellable condition before we can credit your account.
If there is something wrong with the parts we will notify you of the return decision.
